The customer wanted to return the product.
We approved this request and started the refund process.
We created a return label.
The customer did not use the return label and did not deliver the product to the cargo.

I have the return label
A return label was created on September 2, and a warranty request was made on September 14.
Don't you think this is ridiculous?
