My Store Has Been Deactivated - Help

Please I need help. I feel so violated, bullied and traumatized.

I opened my Amazon seller store several years ago and ever since then, I have never used it to make any sale. I have never listed any item.

But I did added a Payoneer receiving USD business account Payoneer issued to me in 2018.

Meanwhile, I abandoned both the Payoneer and Amazon since then due to studies and marital reasons.

I decided to launch my Amazon selling business this year and I started in September to get things ready.

During my video call verification with Amazon verification support staff, I provided everything he asked from me except one thing which he said didn't match what I had on my Amazon store and that was my deposit bank statement.

I forgot that the account I linked to my Amazon store was my business bank account, so I presented my personal bank account statement which the Amazon staff rejected and told me to upload a statement matching the account info I uploaded on my Amazon store.

I logged into my Amazon business account and noticed that the only available receiving account my dashboard was a British Pounds account, so I wrote Payoneer asking why. They told me to add my withdrawal local bank account, I did and Payoneer issued me a new USD receiving account which didn't match the previous account Payoneer issued to me which I added to my Amazon account so I complained but Payoneer said the old account has been closed and can't be reissued that I should generate statement of the new receiving USD account they assigned to me and upload on Amazon to verify my deposit bank and reactivate my seller account, I did but Amazon still rejected it.

I went back to Payoneer and after several back and forth message, Payoneer then issued me an account statement matching the previous account and told me to upload it on my Amazon store and they apologized for the inconvenience and also informed me that the old account won't be reopened that after Amazon reactivates my account I should replace my deposit bank account with the new account they issued me.

I then uploaded the new account statement Payoneer gave me which matched the account number I had on my Amazon seller store, I also attached the email from Payoneer to back it up, and guess what? Amazon gave auto reply that "after virtual verification, that they suspect that my account was being used for illegal, fraudulent or deceptive activity and therefore my store has been deactivated'.

Meanwhile on my deposit bank account page, there is a notification:

"You are not eligible for disbursement because of KYC issue with your PSP, please what with your PSP to rectify this".

Please I feel so traumatized and dehumanized by Amazon's unjust and inhumane decision to deactivate my account on suspicion that it's being used for fraudulent, illegal or deceptive activity when I haven't for one day listed a single item on my store for sale on Amazon until early this month that led to this deactivation notice.

Amazon support staffs ought to know that we are also humans like them. This kind of unfair, unjust and insensitive decisions affects our emotion and mental health. If I committed any crime intentionally, I wouldn't feel bad or even press further, I will know it was my fault. But I haven't been told my exact crime because everything they asked from me I provided to prove my legitimacy and authenticity. Payoneer have also understood with me after I explained how their action to close my initial receiving USD account caused Amazon to deactivate my account, they apologized and told me that Amazon would reactivate it. But every explanation I have made to Amazon support team seems to be falling on deaf ears.
