Counterfeit Products without test buy - Help?!

I am very new to this amazon selling, we recently purchased this company back Nov 2023, and with it came the Amazon store front as well. I have only been back to work since July 2024, and have had the amazon store thrown at me with little to no training or knowledge.
I am not 100% sure what to do, but an item of ours got flagged as counterfeit without test buy, and it was from the actual company we purchase the products from. (We house the products here at our warehouse and ship out when an amazon order is placed).
I tried to follow the steps to rectify this, as all I know we have is invoices showing when the items were purchased, and we had just again purchased more of the product earlier this month.
I did reach out to the person/company making the false claims against us with invoice proof as well. But what other measures should I be taking? Has any one had success with getting their listings re-activated? or should I just call it a loss?
I did also get rejected and need to provide more proof... but Im not sure what else I should provide? or how to go about obtaining what it is I need. I don't want our whole amazon store to get shut down over this one listing, and over false accusations.
Could any one help guide me?

I am able to give you some general guidance how to respond to a counterfeit without test buy. If you require a more detailed response focusing on your account, please provide an ASIN, Case ID or Performance Notification. With that information and the help from an internal team, I would be able to provide more details.
Some information about: Counterfeit without a test buy violation under the Received Intellectual Property Complaints.
This means a Rights Owner submitted a complaint to Amazon saying that they believe you may be selling inauthentic products containing a registered trademark. Your options would be either to get a retraction or provide a dispute. You may be able to take a forgiveness path. If you see: "I understand the policy and acknowledge the violation", this option is still available to you.

When purchasing anything that has a trademark, you must investigate your supplier and confirm they have the rights to sell to you, knowing you will be reselling the items. Please review: Responsible Sourcing documentation request requirements
