You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services.
When I go to my account info I get this banner:
"You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services.
We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with this tool and are working on resolving this issue. Please try again in 15 minutes."

It's been like this for about a month and I don't understand why it's there, anyone else seeing the same thing?
Everything is okay but this banner keeps popping up.
I'm also on the handmade side, if that makes a difference.

Hi @JessiChaotic,
Thank you for your post and the screenshots you have provided. While it does appear that your account is still active and healthy, the "Limited Access" banner you are seeing would imply that action should be taken regarding some kind of verification. The technical issue is something that is being addressed. While you currently would not need to take action, I would recommend you continue to monitor the Account Info page for further updates as they become available.
Having said that, I would recommend checking your individual marketplaces to see if there are any marketplace specific issues that may need to be addressed. Based off the screenshot you have shared, the MX marketplace is showing as inactive. For this reason, I would check areas such as deposit methods, tax information, and business address tabs within that marketplace to see if that may be your issue. I would also recommend checking both the handmade category and your general selling account. In addition to this, some basic troubleshooting is listed as follows:
- Clear cookies and caches.
- Disable any running scripts.
- Logout from all Amazon account Sellers and buyers.
- Restart the browser.
- Try calling from a different browser.
- Try using incognito mode of browser for calling
- Check for internet connectivity issue and if possible use a different service provider.
