Hello Forum, I need everyone's Help in solving this issue.

Right's Owner is claiming he Ordered my product and claims I am using his Package material with his trademark words. I am a small seller who had ordered from Alibaba (70 quantity with basic white plastic bag packaging)and I was selling the product under Generic Category. I am sure everyone knows for such a small quantity no supplier will give package customisation service. And if a seller list a product under Generic Category, why will the seller invest in customize packaging that too of a existing brand?

I have Trademark on product violation on my listing because the Right's Owner has sent an image to the Amazon team stating he has received the package with his brand packaging.

Note: Rights owner sells the same product for 4000 Rupees and I sell it for 499

2 Simple questions.

1- A product listed under Generic Category, why will I use brand pacakging?

2- Amazon support Team is asking for an evidence of Letter of Authorization from the rights owner or ask the rights owner to revoke the complaint.

if I have listed the product under generic category why do I require LOA or need to connect with the Right's right'owner.

It is total an act of fabrication and wrong violation done by Right's Owner raised on small sellers like me.

The rights owner returned the product without my corrugated box and white plastic bag. As he is a Competitor, he will be having many package boxes, don't we think that the right'owner kept my product next to his package and prepared an evidence like this?

Fellow sellers I need help to solve my issue. My appeal gets rejected again and again.
