My Amazon account was suspended on January 26, 2023. I sent all the documents I had to reopen my account, but my account was not activated again. In the responses to the appeals, it is stated that I did not send the requested documents, but Amazon did not request any documents from me. I have already sent all the documents I have. In this case, I request a call to talk to the account health experts, but although the call is not connected, it says the call is connected, but I cannot talk to anyone and I do not receive calls on my phone. I would appreciate it if you could help me understand what's going on.

Thank you for your post and the screenshot you have provided. I understand you are dealing with a deactivated account, and had some issues with the Call Me Now button.
If you have not already done so, I would recommend trying these troubleshooting steps in an attempt to resolve the phone issue:
- Clear cookies and caches.
- Disable any running scripts.
- Logout from all Amazon account Sellers and buyers.
- Restart the browser.
- Try calling from a different browser.
- Try using incognito mode of browser for calling
In order to better assist here, we would need more information. My first question would be what is the reason for the account's deactivation? When the deactivation first took place, you would have received a performance notification giving you the reason for the deactivation as well as guidance on the path forward. Please feel free to share this information here in the thread (with personal details removed).
Additionally, we would need to know what information you have sent in and the appeal rejection reason. You would have received word about your appeal resolution through a secondary notification. Within this follow up message, you may have received further guidance on why the appeal was not accepted. I would request that you share this information along with the initial deactivation notice.
