What is Amazon's account Policy?

My question is:If I have one company, How many seller accounts can I register at Amazon?

If I have one brand, how many seller accounts can I register?

One. You get one seller account for one brand. I believe you can have multiple accounts, but they have to be completely different (go to Seller University and research). If you are referring to markets (other countries), you can apply for those under the one brand. Are you brand registered?

I will articulate again:

For example, If I own a US brand, I do not sale at Amazon or register at Amazon by this brand, then I licenses this brand to many other sellers to sale at Amazon US market.

Is this break Amazon Policy?
