Dear Amazon,

If the goods shipping under "Self Shipment" , then auto approval should not there by care team. In this case Amazon seller will check and raise complaint to manufacture as it comes under compressive warranty. Due to Amazon policy, customer is returning product even it is minor service and they encash or misuse policy of Amazon even after they abused product . used for 10 days and return back, which make Amazon seller into big loss. Amaxon MUST take care of Amazon Seller not one sided in favour f buyer . I Seens buyer using the product after use , such buye should be backlisted

Sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, this is the reality for 97% of small sellers who aren’t Amazon insiders like Cocoblue etc.

The system is built to drain sellers through hidden charges, refund commissions, weight/dimension discrepancies, buy box suppression, forced ad spending, regional visibility restrictions, and keyword manipulation. Product theft—whether through ATS staff returning fake items or FBA warehouse losses—remains unresolved, while Safe-T claims rarely cover these losses.

Clawbacks, data manipulation, and unverified reviews further push sellers into losses. Ads cost ₹80-₹90 per click with no sales, forcing endless spending with no returns. If your total sales are ₹50 lakhs, after deductions, you might not even receive ₹15 lakhs. For small sellers, surviving on Amazon has become nearly impossible.

Same here. I wonder why? We have provided Video of even Packing the despatch of the product and Video of Unboxing of that package, however still denied citing " Received in Tamperproof Pack" but condition for such return pack is already met with Unboxing Video.. what is logic to deny even after twice appeal?
