it happened to me too. Certain claims such as "premature greying of hair" are not allowed. Since many sellers/brands advertise the same thing, i did the same but my listing was deactivated. sometimes they do not clearly specify the error and thus the confusion. Do check your infographics/description/bullet points for any extra ordinary claims and make changes to it.
