Somerset, NJ FBA warehouse
Is anyone else having significant issues with the Somerset, NJ FBA warehouse, also known as TEB9? We are getting steady "violations" for additional quantities received where we are absolutely certain that the correct quantities were sent. Our products are in cases with the same amounts in each case, and we carefully put together our shipments with checks in place to ensure accuracy. Yet we keep getting "violations" ONLY from this warehouse. In addition we are seeing where they're missing units on some shipments, again where it's specific size cases (ie it's a case of 36 and they say they received 29) and they say it's "counted and confirmed" ineligible for investigation. Where did these missing units go??? We know for a fact that they received the 36 count case so this is disturbing to say the least. If anyone has any insight or is experiencing similar issues with TEB9 please share your experience. If it's happening to enough of us we need to use our voices to get Amazon to do something about it.

I can also look into your problem shipments. Can I have the shipment IDs?

I am having the same issues with this fulfilment center. The last 2 shipments that are still open I am hoping to see some movement but not necessarily expecting it. I have one shipment of 96 units 9 in "received" status from 7/17 (fairly recent) the other one is 34 of 58 from 7/5 still receiving status. All of them are delivered. Coincidentally the most expensive items are the ones "missing"
