Suspected IP violation bot issues
@Emet_Amazon
I have multiple items with suspected IP violations. There are cases in which publicly traded company A licensed their IP to publicly traded company B and I have purchased from company B. I have pointed out the Amazon retail has created listings in these product lines (which Amazon sells) and that the companies have publicly announced these licensing deals which have been extensively covered in the press.
Despite this brand registry insists that I provide the LOA between these two publicly traded companies which I don't own. I'd need a letter from company A which I have no dealings nor contact with.

Hello @Seller_9TeQa6npghfEc,
Thank you for posting your concerns with suspected intellectual property violations.
I have looked over your two cases and found the following information provided by the appropriate review teams.
Case: 16333386861
ASIN: B0C4HBZL74
Currently requesting an LOA showing you are valid sellers of protected brand under name "IDW" rather than "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles".
This was raised with the appropriate teams and was a final decision provided on 10/2/24.
Case: 16333022431
ASIN: B0CMSV6BCN
Similar to the ASIN above they require a letter of authorization from the currently listed brand. This was resolved earlier today 10/4. "the only way to reinstate the ASIN is by updating the brand name on ASIN to : Horizon Zero Dawn or by providing us LOA from the brand " Horizon Zero Dawn" that you can list Horizon Zero Dawn branded product with unlicensed brand."
If the letter of authorization cannot be obtained or provided, we will request that you correct your listings to remove the conflicting brands to resolve the violations. Regardless of public communication, we have a standard that needs to be met and in this situation it requires that you have the correct brand listed on these ASIN, or provide supporting documentation that validates your usage the way it currently is represented on the ASINs.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
