Deposit Method Verification Issues
Hi,
I recently added a new bank account for my deposit method. However, this caused a deposit issue with my 8/29/24 deposit (8/14 -8/29 pay period).
The deposit appears to have failed, so I attempted to added bank account deposit accounts that I had used previously.
I added the bank account that I had previously as well as my primary checking account w/ all relevant information, account #/routing #/ bank statement upload for verification. The verification process is supposed to be reviewed within 48 hours, but I haven't received any status update from Seller Support. I submitted a few cases, but have not been able to receive help
Currently my account is setup for the account that failed the transaction, so I would like to transition to the previous bank account as soon as possible. Thanks.

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out.
When you add a new bank account there is an automatic 3 day hold on your funds.
I do see that your new account has been verified on my end. Can you share any case IDs you have created with support so that I can take a closer look into this on my end?
