Phone assistance
I have been trying for months to get a number for phone assistance. Everything they send me via email is useless and does not address the issue. It should not be this hard to contact a platform as big as Amazon? My account was deactivated 2+ yrs ago. I do not want to reactivate account. I wish to close out store and receive my funds being held. I have emailed disbursements-appeals dozens of times and they send me a link that I can not open. If anyone at Amazon sees this request can you please respond with how I can make contact that will resolve issue.

There is no phone number. Why was it deactivated? The reason for deactivation would tell us if you were able to get any funds or not. You cannot close out a deactivated account.
