Can I use my phone bill for my utility bill?
I recently opened my account and got instantly deactivated with amazon seller asking for a utility bill. I live with my parents so my name is not on any of the "utility" bills, but I do pay for my own mobile phone bill. Can I submit this or is there something else I should do? thanks

No. It has to be a physical utility at the address. Physical phone line, water bill, gas bill or electric bill.

If your utility bill is under your parents’ name, you will need to submit your parents’ passport details and your Birth Certificate to prove the relationship.
