Robber IAH 3 warehouse for My FBA shipment!!

From 29th,December 2023 until 27th,Febrary 2024, Amazon seller support let me wait with patience after many help cases, Oh ,today, I found this shipment showed "closed", all my goods lost!!

I waited total 2 months, but lost my goods! What outrageous is that this shipment "closed", I can't ask for any help and I can't ask for compensate, because there is no any button I can ask for survey and claim!!!

Robber!! Fedex delivered my goods successfully on 29th Dec., last year, the amazon seller help center also told me the IAH 3 Warehouse has got my goods, please don't worry just need wait.

I wait, but now? IAH 3 didn't give me any time or opportunity for survey, just closed my shipment FBA17L05ZY1B.

Robber,robber,robber!!!

I need help for compensate!!!
