Self Ship Return order customer got refunded, not reveived my product yet

Hi,

For my self ship product, refund was authorized my amazon, though I had made RMA(Return merchandise authorization) as seller. Why did Amazon authorize non-returnable product which is self shipped.

How will I get my product back

Amazon has again charged fees for return product though it is a self ship. So does that mean Amazon will return my product.

2 incidents have happened in the last month.

This is Roberto. Thank you for using the Forums, I acknowledged you posted this a while ago, but I wanted to follow up and ask how long ago was the refund processed to the buyer?

For self ship orders in which the customer was refunded by Amazon and the return has not been received by you, you should be proactively reimbursed within 50 days of the refund date as per:

Self-ship lost and damaged Reimbursement policy

If you are not proactively reimbursed, you should be able to submit a SAFE-T claim. Let me know if you have further questions.
