I hope this message finds you well. I am facing a perplexing issue on my Amazon listing and would appreciate any insights or assistance you can provide.

As the authorized seller for a particular brand, I am currently the sole competitor in the listing. However, I have encountered a problem recently. Amazon suddenly changed all the images I had uploaded and decided to display other images that i did not add and that are not associated with my product in any way.

I have reached out to Amazon's customer service multiple times regarding this matter, but their response has been that another contributor is winning the image contribution. This statement is simply not true, as I am the only authorized seller of this product. It appears to be a glitch on Amazon's platform, but I have been unable to gather further information about the issue.

Has anyone else experienced a similar problem or have any knowledge about this issue? Your insights, advice, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
