SAFE T Claim Issues
We've just about had it with the Safe T Claim "BS". We've had several products basically stolen from us, with all proof of delivery provided, valid tracking information provided, customers didn't return the items, yet Amazon keeps refunding them. Then when we submit a Safe T Claim, they deny the claims and state because the shipping was not purchased from Buy Shipping Service our Safe T Claim can't be granted. But Amazon's own policy clearly states that in situations where shipping was not bought from Buy Shipping Services, and all valid proof is provided, with customer signature, the claim must be reimbursed. Amazon is allowing the customers to steal our products and money!!
Per Amazon policy here https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G7KCD8BYQER79WWJ it states:
FAQ on Customer Service by Amazon (CSBA) reimbursements
1. Can I be reimbursed if Amazon processes a return on my behalf?
You may be eligible for reimbursement if a customer has been refunded by Amazon for one of the following reasons and the amount reimbursed to the customer has been taken from your seller account.
Below are the scenarios where you may be eligible for reimbursement. This list does not guarantee reimbursement, and Amazon maintains all rights to determine what reimbursement value, if any, is issued:
The customer said they never received the item, but I have proof: You may be eligible for reimbursement if you purchased the delivery shipping label through the Buy Shipping services, and the tracking shows the item is delivered but the customer claims they did not receive the package. If you did not purchase a delivery shipping label through the Buy Shipping services, you must provide signature confirmation of delivery to the buyer’s address to be eligible for a reimbursement on your SAFE-T claim.

You should opt out of CSBA.

It's simply highway robbery, our products were taken, our money were taken, and we are being denied with all blatant proof provided in violation of Amazon's policy. Here are my claim numbers that are having this issue: @customerservice

Hi Golden Claw, if you don’t agree with the SAFE-T’s decision — and you have additional information and evidence to support your argument — you can appeal the SAFE-T claim. You must file your appeal within seven days of the claim decision.
To file your SAFE-T claim appeal, select the View Message button located on the Manage SAFE-T claims page for the corresponding order ID. Simply post your appeal information at the bottom of the page, replying to the claim decision.
You can appeal a SAFE-T claim only once, so study the denial reasons and provide additional information that will support your appeal.
Note: Be sure to check the reply by and appeal date. Manage SAFE-T claims page will indicate “Reply by <Date> <Time>” against each claim. For resolved claims, the timeline to respond will be indicated as “Appeal by <Date> <Time>” against each claim.
