A solution for what? Buy shipping is something Amazon offers to offset outside shipping and offers some protections for INR's (Item not Received) and some other shipping and/or delivery issues.

In addition to the information above, I will point out that you are not required to use Amazon buy-shipping. There may be advantages. However, if the buy-shipping options presented don't include a service you want to use, you are free to buy shipping elsewhere and enter tracking when you confirm.
When you use Amazon buy-shipping, tracking entry and confirmation is automatic.

Do you understand shipping. Shipping is always paid for by the buyer. It is either added on to the product cost or included into the product cost. Once this is understood, does it make any difference where you purchase your shipping? On Amazon, actually it does.
When purchasing shipping on Amazon, Amazon will handle the INR claims buyers love to claim. This program started on May 1, 2016, and it was the best program Amazon has ever offered.
Sellers can buy shipping wherever they like but remember, if you buy shipping off the Amazon site, you have to fight the buyer with the INR claim. if the buyer complains to Amazon, Amazon will always refund the buyer in full with no return necessary from YOUR account.
So, the bottom line is, where do you get a better value for the cost paid for shipping. Do you want to deal with the scammers or do you want Amazon to deal with their scammers?
