Geography Based Promo/Coupon
Can we create a promo/coupon that offers a discount based on the delivery address NOT being in the US on the US site? I have some shipping cost built into my price but when someone from non US orders and has to pay for shipping themselves I want to offset the cost with a discount.

Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.
When creating a promotion, the options available are for percentage off (between 1% and 50%) or for Buy One, Get One. You can choose the purchase threshold that will qualify the buyer for the promotion from the drop-down menu -
- At least this quantity of items - Promotion applies when a customer purchases a specific number of eligible items in a single order. You must enter a whole number.
- At least amount (in currency) - Promotion applies when a customer spends a certain amount of money or more on eligible items in a single order.
