Item Package Dimensions
Attempting to add item package dimensions to all listings in my inventory.
Some listings show this on the "offer" tab when I go to edit the item. Other items only show Item dimensions, not dimensions and weight for the package.
All of the products I am attempting to enter item package dimensions for are in the same product category, but the option to add these details exists on some products and not on others. There is no toggle for turning this on or off. And google searches say to go to "more details" tab when you edit the listing, but the new setup for sellers does not show this.
Any ideas?

Hello @Seller_owiz8olfgmLm0- thanks so much for posting! Can you confirm if the items in question where you appear to be missing the option to add these dimensions are Fulfilled By Amazon? If so, you may wish to review this help page specific to the topic along with these instructions on requesting a re-measurement:
"You can request a remeasurement through the Remeasure FBA products and confirm fees widget. Locate the widget by typing “remeasure” into the search bar."
If the items are not FBA, it may become necessary to create a case with our support team for more technical assistance.
