I am a new brand on amazon, I have a pending trademark filed. Amazon will not help me because it is not finalized, even though I am in brand registry, and the product is listed as my brand.
I have 2 chinese hijackers who has lowered their price under mine by roughly $5, Luckily I am FBA and still have the buybox. But for how long...
My listing is roughly a month old, I have been spending money on advertising and product to build the listing. " I also only sell on amazon" The fact that Amazon will not remove these sellers when their company name isn't even in english selling on a brand at the request of the brand owner is absurd. Why are they not being removed when I am the LISTING creator and owner. So I have to wait 4ish months now to wait for my trademark to be fully registered before amazon will do anything? Let my customers get counterfeit products and rate MY product badly because they receive the wrong product?
If i lose the buy box, I will shut down my advertisements so that these scammers dont make anything, but it only hurts my brands listing AND the customers who think they are getting my product that ive tested each unit myself, made adjustments too and branded.
Anyone in seller support able to help remove these OBVIOUS chinese hijackers?

In general for instances in which other sellers are listing against your products you will need to Report a Violation with a test buy demonstrating that the products being listed by these other sellers are "different than the product on the detail page (different version, model or product)". As mentioned on the "Report Infringement" Page:
"Other sellers can list their items for sale against pages or copyrighted images that you have used. However, we do require sellers to list only against product detail pages that exactly match their items. If you believe sellers are listing against product detail pages that do not exactly match their items, we ask that you report the violation directly by using the contact us form."
Amazon will not provide the results of these investigations however I can assure you it will be reviewed by the appropriate team. If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out again. Thank you for your understanding.

I have a bad news for you. Amazon would not be helping you out. Especially Chinese Sellers, no way. The Chinese Sellers have ruined it for us. They have been known to hijack our ASIN, even after we send Amazon all the proofs in the world, they would still be protecting them.
Why is Amazon, hell bent on protecting them in this platform ? Is it because of the profit, what about the rightful sellers ?

So you are selling a generic product from china? There is no protection from other sellers. If you were an actual large brand with your own products that you developed, your legal department might be able to get your brand some protections. Otherwise its like the Mod said, anyone selling the "same thing" can sell on your listing. Being brand registered alone gets you nothing.

It will be a tiny bit easier to remove these criminals from your listing when you are brand registered. But not that easy, still. Amazon seems to love these foreign criminals who drive down the prices.
With the coming Temu-ization of Amazon there will be no Americans sellers left. Unless we are willing to work for sweatshop wages.
