The customer gave negative seller feedback which led to odr and give a positive review on listing

The customer with order id 702-4857317-1073855 robert gave negative seller feedback which led to ODR and give a positive review on the the product listing which can be checked below. This is disappointing to see that he has given both the feedback and the negative one has raised ODR. We did refunded the customer immediately when we received the product. Amazon should remove the negative feedback since it has opened A-Z claim due to this and the customer was happy and he give positive feedback. We also make the product according to the custom size provided by the customer and we also messaged them multiple times to resolve the issue.

We encourage you to resolve any situations by researching the root cause behind each negative rating, addressing the buyer's concerns, and making improvements to your processes and policies. For tips on managing feedback, see Improve your feedback rating.

Amazon will remove feedback only in the following cases:

  • The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
  • The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.
  • The entire feedback comment is a product review. For example, “The Acme Super-Widget lacks the sharpness and speed of the Acme Ultra Widget.”

However, if the comment contains both a product review and feedback about your service, we will not remove the feedback. For more details, please see Can Amazon remove buyer feedback?
