Shipment delivered, receiving not started yet

Anyone having this issue? There are several of my shipments that have been delivered but receiving has not started. Is there anything I can do from my side or I would have to wait?

All you can do is wait. It's Q4 Peak season, Amazon put out a news release that they were putting priority to shipping instead of receiving first due to current staffing levels in their warehouses

This is happening to me right now with a shipment at YEG2. I had multiple shipments that were sent to YYZ4 out after that one at YEG2 and were checked in

Hi @Seller_UIs0ldCvsj4qJ,

I understand your concern regarding the delay in receiving updates for your shipments that have already been delivered. The holiday peak season can indeed put a strain on Amazon's receiving operations due to the high volume of inbound shipments.

It seems that Amazon is currently prioritizing shipments over receiving to ensure timely deliveries to customers. This temporary measure is likely due to staffing constraints in their warehouses during this busy period.

While frustrating, there is unfortunately not much you can do from your end to expedite the receiving process. The best approach is to exercise patience and wait for Amazon to update the receiving status once they have the capacity to do so.

To stay informed, I recommend regularly checking the 'Shipment' section in your Seller Central account for any updates on your shipments' receiving status. You can also refer to the 'Restock Inventory' page for real-time updates on your inventory levels at Amazon's fulfillment centers.

Additionally, Amazon has provided some helpful resources on their Seller Central website regarding shipping and receiving during the peak season:

Peak Season Prep Guide - This guide offers tips and best practices for managing your inventory during the holiday rush.

Shipping and Receiving FAQ - Answers to common questions about shipping and receiving processes during peak periods.

I hope this information provides some clarity and context on the situation. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.

Daryl
