Customer Trying to Return Items with Different Reasons
I have a buyer who bought an item from me on 11/18/2023 and another one on 12/13/2023. On 12/22/2023 the customer messaged Amazon stating that they "Didn't Approve Purchase" Nothing was sent back. This morning I find an email from the buyer through Amazon inquiring my return policy because the items were damaged and the color off. I reported this email to Amazon. What else can I do?
Thanks

If this was for the order from December, you need to approve the return, now! If it was for the order from November, you need to check when that return window closes as there was extended return time until January 31st and I am unsure when that started, but I believe November. You cannot deny a return that falls within the (usually, extended now until 1/31) ) 30 day return window.

Hello @Seller_xRkfKvUXcA5tv
As noted by @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI, you will need to approve the return if it is within the allowed return window. For more information, please see Returns, refunds, cancellations, and claims.
Thanks, Susan
