ATS FRAUD WITH SELLER
I have been a seller on Amazon However, I am currently facing significant issues with the ATS shipping service.
There have been repeated incidents where the pickup person has either stolen products or replaced them with incorrect items that were not sold by me. Despite my efforts to create multiple cases regarding this matter, I have not received satisfactory resolutions due to a lack of evidence.
This ongoing situation feels like a scam and is harming my business. If these issues are not addressed promptly, many sellers may feel compelled to leave the Amazon platform altogether.
I urge Amazon to take strict action against these shipping services to protect sellers and ensure a fair selling environment.

MY SUGGESTION TO AMAZON TO KINDLY HAVE A CLEAR INSPECTION ON COURUER TEAM SIDE LIKE WE HAVE OPEN DELIVERY OPTION WE SHOULD ALSO HAVE OPEN ORDER RECEIVING CONFORMATION WERE A DELIVERY PATNER CONFIRM ITEM TAKES PICTURS OF OG PRODUCT AND THEN PICKUP ORDER.

yes, I too stopped selling on Amazon because ATS people are thieves...Even ATS area manager is involved in theft..They check every box, whatever is costly and useful to them, they will remove and replace with stones or empty water bottles

there is no proper team deployed for hearing the issues of seller if any customer raised the complaint then amazon might be block the particular listing

I too faced the same issue multiple times, I received a Social studies book, an AC cover, Old ladies suit instead of a Cushion cover. This happened multiple times to me.
