Tax Id Verification for Family Trust
I am looking for if anyone has similar business structure to us and how do you to pass the tax id verification.
Basically we have a family trust, and the trustee of this trust is a company. The issue of verification in this case is the company name doesn't match name of tax id, as apparently the tax id is for the trust. Our business is in Australia, so the tax id is ABN. But I guess it is similar case for LLC and trust in US.
At the moment, I have failed the tax id verification 2 times, still waiting for answer from selling partner support.
I have searched through the tax id topics in the forum, but didn't find any similar cases.

Thank you for the detail provided. I understand you do not have the proper documents for the tax verification. Is it possible for you to acquire a document that will show all the necessary business details with the information that matches seller central?
Unfortunately, if we cannot acquire a document that has all the required information as It should show in seller central, you may not be able to move forward in the process. Have you received any additional guidance from the case submitted? If so, please share here on the thread.
