Food and Safety team targeting MENS item and asking for Childrens certificates
Hi,
Is there anyone who can help me out with Food and Safety violations? I have 3 Men's size Hoodies (sizes Small, 3XL, and 4XL) that have had their listings removed because of a Children's Upper Body drawstring safety concern. I have tried to send images showing that they are Men's items but I keep getting the same message asking for compliance documents.
Another issue is that the tab for Product compliance documents is showing Zero documents requested so I don't know what Amazon wants me to send.
I have asked for escalation but keep getting the same generic messages from Seller Support.
