Is it allowed to add a thank you card in the packaging box?

Hi Amazing Sellers and Experts,

I need some information regarding a Thank You card to include in my product packaging. I’ve drafted the following message in accordance with Amazon’s policies, and I also confirmed with a live Amazon associate that it's acceptable to include this card inside the packaging box.

So, I've gotten notes like this in my orders before and then went back to try to reorder the product from that company again and didn't find them listed anymore. My advice would be to include a thank you note, but take the 10% off part off and the part about feedback. Amazon could definitely construe that as trying to manipulate good reviews even though you asked for honest reviews. A generic "thank you for your purchase. We really appreciate it. Customers like you are what keep us going" type of thank you is much safer.

In general, Amazon's insert policies strictly prohibit incentivizing reviews. While your language does present the two behaviors you're trying to drive separately (reviews and shopping with the 10% off), it is a bit of a gray area and can be construed differently depending on who reviews it.

I would recommend you choose one behavior or the other on your insert to avoid potential account health issues.

I am pretty sure you cant request reviews or feedback.. especially for discount for next order. My suggestion is don't do it
