Does Buy Shipping Protect Against Return to Sender Package Loss.

Buyer sent an undeliverable address. Package is on it’s way back but tracking hasn’t updated in weeks. Now it may be lost. Buyer wants a refund. Should we have them file an A-Z claim? Will Buy Shipping cover it as a “delivery issue”?

Hello @Seller_1ZjQmvBmVkYSs- thanks for posting this question. While Buy Shipping does provide protections against INR claims, there are many factors taken into account during claim reviews.

Based on our Returns FAQ: "For orders not granted a Refund at First Scan, we strongly advise that you wait until you receive the item back from the buyer and examine it before you issue a refund. Refunds issued by sellers cannot be disputed."

Though it is of course your decision to refund, or direct them to the A-to-z process if the order meets all the requirements from the above help page. Has the return arrived back to you as of yet?
