AWD labels options is only A4 paper no option for thermal printers
Hello
We are trying to get started with AWD shipments , but We noticed that the cartons labels can only be printed in A4 paper format , and it is only one label per sheet
there is not an option for anything else and no thermal label wich it is cheaper and easier to handle
we tried printing on the thermal but the label size seems to small compare to the A4 print out
Any one able to print to thermal labels that can offer assistance
Please help
thank you

Hi @Seller_c9wXTQJqiWhCy, I'll bump this for others to weigh in as necessary, but I recommend reviewing the Send shipments to Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) help page:
In step 3 of Send to Amazon Warehousing and Distribution, Print box labels Serialized Ship Container Code (SSCC), you’ll be provided with A4 box labels, which must be applied to the outside of each box that you send to AWD DC. This step is same for all seller shipments irrespective of the origin of shipment and carrier partner
These SSCC labels are the only labels that are required on the outside of each box.
Note: Print the full set of SSCC labels. Don't photocopy, reuse, or modify labels for use on additional cartons. Each box that you send to AWD DC must contain unique SSCC label placed on it.
Important: Failure to label your box with the required unique SSCC labels will lead to delays, rejection, and may lead to blocking of the future shipments. Amazon will not be responsible for lost shipment, delayed processing, or shipment rejections in case you send shipments without the correct SSCC labels.
Hope this helps,
Topher

Hi Bonfit23<
Did you find any resolution to solve the issue? We also encounter the same problem!

Surprised there isn't more posts about this topic. Using A4 on 400 boxes will be a HUGE pain. Anyone have any updates on this? I'm asking my AWD rep if I can resize the a4 label into 4x6, as the barcode is still clear and fully scannable.
