Pathetic way to handle Self ship order cancellation
Order no : 407-4669939-8361951 this Fake Customer placed the order & we shipped it on time & it reached on time to Customer's place but customer denied everytime to recieve the product. Since it's the self ship order Heavy Self ship fee is involved & now customer don't want to have the product & want to cancel the Order & asking for refund & we can't refund it without shipping fee deduction for both ways. When we registered a call on amazon seller support they are saying they don't have any resolution to this problem, this is the worst experience we are having on Amazon.

Self Ship Orders have lots of issue on Amazon Platform which needs to be fixed to avoid Seller Losses.

Update shipping policy to include that return charges will be deducted from refund amount
