How do I get my funds back after account deactivation
My Amazon account of over 20 years has been deactivated in June of 2023 for violating Amazon business solutions agreement. I don’t have any counterfeit complaints that I know of and my account healthy page shows healthy but I was selling Apple iPods under a category for iplayer
I purchased all the iPods I sold for the last 10 years on eBay so I only had ebay receipts to supply I do not have supplier receipts because I purchased from individual sellers on eBay.
I submitted everything asked for but I constantly get the same form letter that I didn’t supply enough information to reactivate my account I do not wish to sell on Amazon going forward and I cannot get my account reactivated no matter what I send or say at this point. I gave up trying to reactivate my account
My problem is that I have completed the form for a virtual Id interview 6 times and I Never receive a reply with my interview time How do I receive the interview time slot? I have checked my spam and junk I never received the time slot requested
I believe my msn mail is blocking or I am just being ignored like I am no matter how I try to contact amazon seller support or dispursment appeals. Can I change my email address or get the link through my deactivated account?
Can I get my fund without reactivating my amazon account because that is obviously not going to happen based on the fact that I did not purchase from one suppler and my eBay receipts are not acceptable even though every ipod was authentic and I have no complaints that I know of or that are showing in my account health page
Attached below is what I received from amazon. I had to remove all url links
Thanks for your help

Not sure if this is a troll post or serious.
You REALLY were selling Apple products on here and didn't know they are very protective of their brand?
Just checking a couple ASINs the only "used" ones I see currently are directly from the Amazon Warehouse store.
Were you selling them as NEW? If so, you are done. AND you most likely will not get any money that is held.

@Seller_kIukTwdhvntApmay not come back to your thread since you didn't care for their reply, but I'll try to help you understand.
You were essentially selling counterfeit items. It's safe to say Amazon won't be giving you the money in your account because of that. For them to disburse the funds to you would make them a party to selling counterfeits.
Your only recourse for trying to recover your funds is arbitration, but I wouldn't count on that being successful either.

Section 18 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement (the document you signed and agreed to when you registered your account) explains the process.

Hi @happybook1,
I understand you are dealing with account deactivation. Based off the body of your post, it seems there is an authenticity issue you are facing. Having read the thread, it seems as though primary issue here is the inability to produce invoices showing authorization from the brand (Apple in your case). Based off the information you have provided, valid invoices will be required to get the account reinstated.
Once the account has been deactivated for 90 days, you may request funds disbursement by contacting the team at disbursement-appeals@amazon.com to begin the separate review process with that team.
Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.
Regards,
Troy
