Low inventory fees
hello, can somebody please help me understand where I may be incorrect. Amazon sent us a notice that we would be reimbursed our low inventory fees on May 31 ——I have yet to see anything. Every single case log I create, nobody at AMZ even knows what I’m talking about. I did incure low inventory fees on a few product when I look at them from my managed inventory screen. Is there a way where I can run a master report showing any fees I paid from April 1 to May 31 regarding low inventory fees? I am perplexed that nobody had Amazon knows what I’m even talking about.
Has anyone received their reimbursement for this low inventory fee ?

If you wish to see how much you have paid in Low-Inventory Fees, you can use the SKU Economics Report (available in the left-side menu under "Reports")
In the SKU Economics report, choose your date range and then select "Fee Data" and also select "Fulfilment base rate and surcharges" to see the entire break-down of the FBA fees on a per SKU basis.
You can run a sum on the "Low-Inventory-level fee total" column.
