DEACTIVATION OF NORTH AMERICAN SELLER ACCOUNT STARTING WITH MEXICO

Today I received a notice from amazon seller Mexico saying that my account had been deactivated because of a Section 3 violation. No explanation was provided. Because my seller sites are linked my seller accounts in Canada and the US have also been deactivated. I am trying to reactivate my account, but I keep getting directed to amazon Mexico where al of the messages and instructions are in Spanish which I cannot understand. Also, whenever I apply for my twostep verification code in order to sign in, I keep getting a computer telephone call in Spanish, meaning that I cannot understand the code; I have requested an email for the sign-in code but nothing has happened.

One week ago I received a notice that my account was at risk of deactivation because I was 24 hours late in posting two items; apart from this my account health is fine.

Also, I keep getting getting seller central notifications concerning items that I have for sale that are not eligible for featured box display. Although I generally comply with these requests, for about 10-12 items I keep getting notices; no matter how many times I adjust the prices for these same 10-12 items nothing seems to happen. I do not know if this is the problem.

Can someone please assist me?
