Amazon suspended my Ad account. What can I do?
My Ad account has been suspended for more than a month now.
My account charges - Professional seller account, Ad Charges, etc. - used to be deducted directly from my Amazon balance. A few months ago, I noticed Amazon was charging me from Mexico (Merchant: AMAZON MX MARKETPLACE CIUDAD DE MEXMX). I don't sell anything in Mexico.
I know that Amazon can sometimes split the professional seller account fee between the 3 North American markets, but these charges are hundreds of dollars. I opened a case with Amazon to confirm the reason for the charges, but after a few weeks, support could still not figure it out, and the last I heard was that the case was transferred.
In July, I switched my payments to a credit card. I immediately got charged by Amazon Mexico again: $162 and $204 on 07/18 and 07/19 resp. The card issuer later called me to verify some transactions on my card, and I told them I didn't know what those charges were for. (The call was initiated for unrelated charges to my suppliers). The fraud department suggested disputing the charges so that I could get a quicker resolution from Amazon. It was my mistake to go this route.
A few days later, Amazon suspended my Ad account due to payment failure. The reason was because of the disputed transactions on my card. I was advised to resolve the payments to get the account reinstated. I called the bank and asked to reverse the dispute. That was 09/13. I have been chasing Support to get my Ad account reinstated to no avail.
I don't know if Amazon even intends to reactivate it. I have read in the forums that seemingly benign issues have led to sellers losing their accounts. For the past four weeks, all I have gotten back from support is more or less, "We will provide an update as soon as we have any information."
Is this something that support is going to resolve? Or is the Ad account dead? I would like to set my expectations right.

Here is another charge from Amazon Mexico. This is the smallest amount that I have been charged so far, and this, I can believe to be a professional seller account fee. But Amazon wouldn't confirm what the fee is for and why I was charged more than $300 in one month.
Meanwhile, my Ad account continues to be suspended and my sales are literally dead!

I really need help with this issue, someone. It's going to a month now that my ad account is still suspended after making all payments due to Amazon. My sales have flatlined and I am just incurring charges from Amazon without being able to do any business.
@Sandy_Amazon@Sonny_Amazon Please can you guys help me get some traction on this please

Hello @Seller_hWpToZI1nGM7Q,
Thanks for the post and I regret to hear about you Amazon Ads. I see that you have attempted a case but can you tell me if you have submitted a case to the Amazon Ads Support team? This is different than Seller Support. The Amazon Ads team will be able to assist in reviewing this concern. If you have done so already, please send me that Amazon Ads Case ID. I will review that case and request a secondary review or revert back to you with additional questions for you.
To open an Amazon Ads case, you will need to open a ticket via Amazon Ads through the Contact Us option through the Advertising console or by clicking here.
Kindest regards,
