amazon fraud
My product is 355 gram after packing. When we send product to fba then amazon charge actual weight but when we send from easy ship amzon will charhe 44 kg weight. What is this from amazon. We tried many times o fill the foam but amazon does not reply. when we call amazon support then person ask complain number . Amazon don't generate any ticket for such complain only google foam will be filled. First thing amazon couier person does not pickup more than 16 kg as per rule than how can amazon couier partner pickup up 44 kg weight product.
