Professional Selling account fees
I was advised to sign up for the Professional account, and did so.
NOWHERE ON THE PAGE IS THERE ANY MENTION OF FEES.
As soon as I found out that there was a fee (about 5 minutes later when I received an eMail charging me $39.99), I immediately downgraded BACK to Individual and requested a refund.
I would never have upgraded if I'd known about the fee, as I only sell a couple of books per month.
Now they have responded that they are refusing to give me a refund because I "used the professional selling tools and benefits", which I most certainly didn't!
THIS IS AN OUTRAGEOUS ABUSE!

If you had any listings then you used the service(s) the instant you upgraded.
Only new sellers who sign up then downgrade before creating any listings or doing anything with templates, etc can claim to have not used the services and may be eligible for refund.

You must be new to Amazon. If $40 bucks gets you mad, wait until they start ripping you off in the hundreds, or thousands. I closed my store and have 23 days left before I never log back in ever again. Amazon is a complete scam.

Thank you for your post. My apologies on the frustration that this has caused you. The $39.99 fee is for having a professional sellers account which also provides access to the North American Unified Account. if you wish to down grade please click HERE.
If you have not used any of the features of the professional sellers plan, you may be eligible for a one time refund. Simply open a case with seller support. However, I see that you have already done that, so please share the case ID as I may be able to look into this. However, if in fact any part of the plan was used, they will not issue a refund.
