The Name and Tax ID provided do not match IRS records.
I recently opened my amazon seller account. Everything was ok but when I wanted to complete my tax profile they are saying that " The Name and Tax ID provided do not match IRS records. Please review your previous inputs and ensure the "Name" line is the correct name associated with the Tax ID provided. You should complete the tax information for the individual or business that will report the income on a U.S. income tax return. If you are completing the tax interview on behalf of a single member LLC, generally the owner’s Name and Tax ID would be provided. "
My EIN was created from IRS on 11-22-2024. I opened a bank account with that EIN and they also said that the EIN is ok. Then why amazon is saying that?
I already opened a case with amazon but they are not giving me proper solution.
My business is incorporation. Can anyone help me with this?

Hello @Seller_NjNBb72b2coUm,
Thank you for your post. My apologies on the frustration this has caused. Amazon requires that everything match verbatim based on verification and documents.
More can be found here:
While I am unable to provide specific tax advice, I have provided several resources below with more information on Amazon tax guidelines.
As for next steps, I recommend that you create a case to Seller Support with your question and they can engage the Tax department.
I hope this helps,
Micah
