Sudden auto authorization of Self Ship orders

We are Self Shipper of Furniture product since we started selling on amazon. We manage shipping, Reurn, buyer communication. We manage Return request if buyer requested due to any issue regarding product, delivery or any other reason by contacting buyer and help them resolving issues. Most of cases client do not want to return the product but just want resolution of their issue as we always approach buyer later once we see auto authorized request in our system. But, amazon support team suggest buyer for return without opting for any option of issue resolution Since last 7 june 2024, Sudden auto authorization of all return request started that lead poor customer experiance of buying as amazon team misguide them for return and put them in awkward situation despite they want the product and crate return order.

Plus Buyers opting for Assembly service for thier furniture product also forcefully mislead them for Return the product if any minor defect or Damage they found. Replacement of defective, damage product is always a prime importance as seller to help the buyer but this misguide and misleading cause buyer dissatifaction to amazon team plus our brand as they stuck in between.

There is clear policy of Seller managed Return for Self shipping but due to thier backend error, Auto authorization of Return order started. Amazon seller support are not able to resolve this. We have more than 50 cases open and none have replying with resolution.

We want Seller managed Authorization of return request back as our products aOv is more than 9000 Rs, Most return order we received are damaged and can not be sell further plus Average forward and return cost is more than 2000 Rs. Safe-T claim do not help as most case they reject. such policy cause heavy financial loss to the seller.
