How To Stop Selling My Items in Canada and Mexico??

Hi. I guessed this one was discussed before, but I still can not find answer to my problem.

Let me start with that I DID NOT ask Amazon to create on my behalf Canadian, Mexican and Brazilian stores. I do not want them, I do not sell any of my items in these countries.

I reached out to Amazon customer service several times for the past 2 month, but it looks like they do not bother to give me and answer, instead they are escalating the issue since the beginning I keeps charging my bank account with $15 every single month for the Canadian account.

SO I need help hot to close/delete my Canada, Mexico and Brazilian markets ones and forever. I put all of them on vacation mode. I got 2 options to "Close Listings" or "Delete product and listing". Neither of the options works, the listing are still in my "Inventory Page" on my foreign accounts.

I also tried to edit my listings and under the section "OFFER" I can disable Canada, Mexico, Brazil and after "SAVE AND FINISH" I'm getting a error message:

"Your listing deletion(s) for other marketplaces failed due to the following:

An error occurred when we tried to process your request. We apologize for the inconvience. Rest assured that we are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please try again at a later time."

All of the above is happening for the past several months and there is zero help from Amazon and on the top of that they keep charging my bank account every single month for nothing!

Hopefully you can help me how to close these accounts and please give me a detailed description step by step how to do it.

I don't have an answer for you, just wanted to say that I came to the forums for this exact reason -- I can't figure out how to stop selling in Mexico and Brazil (I also sell in Canada but unlike the other two, I actually make sales there), and I'm tired of paying fees for a program I don't even want.

WARNING!!!

DO NOT ASK AMAZON TO CLOSE OR DELETE THESE UNWANTED MARKETPLACES!! DO NOT EVEN ASK IF IT'S POSSIBLE!!! THEY WILL RESPOND BY CLOSING YOUR ENTIRE ACCOUNT!!!!!!

Now just put them on Vacation, keep trying to close and delete any listings, and leave it be. Don't get too worked up about the charges; what you are seeing is $39.99 Pro Fee being split among the various countries; the total amount will still be about the same (can vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations). Once you manage to get the listings deleted, then you should stop seeing these charges, and the full amount will be deducted from your .com account.

But to repeat the most important part:

DO NOT ASK AMAZON TO CLOSE OR DELETE THESE OTHER COUNTRIES!!!!

My bank account is charged every single month $39.99 for Amazon.com Pro account and additional $15 for my Canada market. It looks like Amazon people without asking their seller for any permission will create these markets not the help you make more sale, but to charge you more money.

BTW I found something that is under: "Build International Listings"

I can actually "REMOVE" or "EDIT" Connection between my Amazon.com account and the one in Mexico, Canada, Brazil.

I'm not sure what would happen if I do that, and is removing the connection between my Amazon.com account and the others unwanted channels will resolve my issue or it is going to make it worse? Thank you!

Thank you for reaching out. My apologies on the frustration this has caused. If you have a professional sellers account, Canada, US, Mexico, and Brazil are marketplaces that are included. You can downgrade the plan to individual if you do not wish to pay the $39.99 fee.

If you do not wish to sell in specific market places, please remove all listings and place those markets on vacation mode.

If you are still having issues, please open a seller support case and post the case ID into this thread so that I may review.

Thank you for reaching out. My apologies on the frustration this has caused. If you have a professional sellers account, Canada, US, Mexico, and Brazil are marketplaces that are included. You can downgrade the plan to individual if you do not wish to pay the $39.99 fee.

If you do not wish to sell in specific market places, please remove all listings and place those markets on vacation mode.
