Mods, Can You Help Me?! Brand Registry Error Message Says my Selling Account is Flagged for Abusive Conduct

Hello Amazon Moderators,

We received an error message when trying to invite our selling account to one of the brands we manage. The error message stated that our account has been flagged for abusive conduct or is linked to an account that has been (first image). When we appealed through the provided link, it created a case that was prepopulated with a merchant ID that we have never seen before, ID A1C65ER40UZ4GD (second image) and there is nothing in our account health metrics (third image) that would give us a clue as to what this is about.

**Error Message:**

"Your request to add the user ************@yahoo.com to the brand is declined. We reserve the right to decline requests where we have identified that your account has either been involved in abusive conduct on our website or you are related to an account that was used for such abusive conduct."

**Our Concerns:**

1. We do not recognize the merchant account ID A1C65ER40UZ4GD, which seems to be linked to us.

2. We need clarification on the relationship between our Brand Registry ID and Seller ID (A1TPY1EQ1C9BXC) and this unknown Seller Central ID (A1C65ER40UZ4GD).

**What We've Done:**

- Contacted Amazon Brand Registry Support multiple times but still unclear about the issue.

- BR Support mentioned that A1C65ER40UZ4GD is our Seller Central account ID, while A1TPY1EQ1C9BXC is our Brand Registry ID. We're confused about how these IDs are linked and impacting our account. It may simply be a language barrier issue, but our concern is that our Amazon account has somehow erroneously been linked to an account that has abused Amazon's policies in the past.

**Request:**

1. Detailed explanation of why our account is flagged for abusive conduct and what actions led to this.

2. Clarification on the relationship between the IDs A1TPY1EQ1C9BXC and A1C65ER40UZ4GD.

3. Help to resolve this issue and ensure our account is in good standing.

I did glance over your post though.

A1TPY1EQ1C9BXC - Seems to be your store, "Fast w......"

A1C65ER40UZ4GD - Seems to be an incomplete store. Likely the Brand I'm guessing. Possibly the issue is it's not fully set up??

Hopefully a mod can help you out some more, but I'd first look at the Brands account to see if it's fully set up and verified.
