Notification link to add/modify deposit method never received

I'm a new seller and have an action item on my account info page to add a deposit method. While attempting to do so, I receive a message indicating to approve a notification that was sent to my cell phone for security purposes. I never receive a notification and have attempted this for the past couple of days. I am able to receive OTP verification codes to my cell phone which, I would think, confirms that the correct mobile number is provided. I reached out to Seller Support and they were not able to resolve this.

Here were my steps:

1) Account Info; 2) Payment Information; 3) Deposit Methods; 4) Add new deposit method; 5) Amazon.com; 6) Add

At this point, the message indicating that a notification was sent to my mobile is displayed. I am not able to proceed since I never receive the message.

One interesting observation is that a split second before the notification message page is displayed, it looks like a page is displayed where I would be able to enter banking information but then the notification message page appears.

Has anyone encountered this issue and was able to get this resolved? Or have any advice? Thanks.
