ERROR on Shipping Address Update (Phone #) Format?
Been on Amazon seller side for 8+ years.
I am trying to update the SHIPPING FROM ADDRESS on may account and it requires PHONE NUMBER. Where it asks for PHONE # , I enter the phone number in every different conceivable format and it STILL keeps giving error: "PLEASE ENTER A VALID PHONE NUMBER".
I have spoken to 3 different Amazon associates and no one knows why or has given a solution.
