Kohl's is a retailer, not a wholesale distributor.

These are the steps you need to follow:
1) Put your account on Vacation
2) Go through Seller U
3) Spend at least a full week reading through the forums. Pay special attention to "Help, I've been suspended", "Section 3 Violation", "IP Complaints", and any threads mentioning Nike.
4) Realize that you will NEVER be allowed to sell Adidas on Amazon (nor Nike, nor Underarmour, nor many other big brands).

Amazon does not allow someone to sell someone else's branded product without a letter from Adidas stating you can.
Adidas has its authorized sellers, and just in case they are knock offs, Amazon has a gate up. It isn't true what You Tube says.
You will probably have to find your own product to sell, or you can sell those things on ebay, no problem. Everyone here went thru the same thing, and had to come up with something to sell. We are all in the same boat.
Do some research, and start small. This is a long term selling platform, but unless you have the worlds best product, that cant be reproduced, you cant get rich quick. Just the opposite, unfortunately.

Hello @Seller_bcIURxOMAVunm,
Michelle at Amazon here. First off, welcome to Amazon! We are glad you are here.
As your fellow sellers have stated, large brands such Adidas, Nike etc need a letter of authorization directly from the brand and you need to buy directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor in order to sell. Kohls is a reseller so the receipt provided by them will not work. You can read more on the requirements here. You can also find the Seller University page here and may be interested in our New Seller Community forums, which is a safe place for new sellers to ask questions.
I hope this information is helpful.
Regards,
Michelle
