All 114 units of my product suddenly turned into defective inventory

Dear Amazon Team,
A few hours ago, all 114 units of my product suddenly turned into defective inventory. It's devastating for me as a newbie seller. I invested my hard-earned money to start my Amazon business. The products had been in Amazon's warehouse for less than half a month, and the product listing was reinstated just 24 hours ago. Everything was just getting started. These 114 units were available for sale throughout the previous week and hadn't been purchased by anyone yet.
I tried to find the reason behind the products being labeled as defective, and the Amazon platform suggested the following possible reason:
"Buyers expect the product to function as described on the product detail page. If the product doesn't function as expected, is missing parts, or stops functioning after normal use, it can lead to a negative buyer experience. We refer to these functional issues as defective product issues."
Regarding this, I checked the customer feedback and found that buyers were highly satisfied with them and there were no reported returns. I suspect that this issue might be related to the buyer experience metrics, where the inventory status of my product has been consistently shown as out of stock. This is because my product has been under review for over a week, with the product detail page being removed until one day ago when it was reinstated and became available for sale, but the inventory status didn't have enough time to update.
I kindly request your assistance in verifying if this is indeed the reason why my product became labeled as defective and unsellable. If it is due to this reason, please help me restore the sellable status, as this is a situation beyond my control.
If it turns out that there is indeed a defect with these 114 products, I request that warehouse personnel inspect and provide photographic evidence from the warehouse, so that I can make necessary improvements in my future inventory management and prevent such significant losses.
On the other hand, I am wondering if the inventory being marked as defective is related to my product link being briefly removed. All units were flipped to defective status at the same time, one day after the listings were appealed and approved for reinstatement. I found on the seller forum that many other sellers also have had their inventory marked as defective after their listing was deleted first and then successfully approved for resinstatement. Please help me to confirm if this is a technical error.
Looking forward to your reply, and I hope to restore the saleable status of our inventory.

FIRST, this is a FORUM and only other sellers are on here while MODS from Amazon stop in once in a while.
Then, when you say "the product listing was reinstated just 24 hours ago" and "This is because my product has been under review for over a week, with the product detail page being removed " why did it need to be "reinstated" and why was it under review?

This seems to be Amazon's new workaround for avoiding reimbursements and errors on their part - if they label and item as "defective," they do not have to pay for any of their mistakes in handling the case. This has happened to me multiple times, and my current issue is the worst involving almost a full truck load of inventory that is most definitely NOT DEFECTIVE. They won't even tell me why it's "defective" and when I get it returned to me, it's in perfect condition just like I sent it. If you get any answers, please let us know.
