Company claiming to sell our product by linking to our ASIN
We have a brand not registered in brand registry and this morning another company linked their knock off version of the product we sell to our ASIN. Theyre using our listing and our good name to sell their lesser quality product at a lower price. Theyre tricking buyers into thinking they are buying our brand but theyll recieve junk. We dont want it associated with us. Is there any easy way to have them detached from our ASIN? WE ARE THE SOLE OWNERS AND DISTRIBUTORS OF THIS PRODUCT.

Not being brand registered is going to be a challenge. My understanding is you can do a single test buy, and the Report the seller if the product is materially different.
But Amazon does strange things and rarely reads any text you send. Random sh_t can happen.
Good luck. And do not let them hijack your brand. That really is a pain, even with Brand Registry.

If your product has your GS1 UPC code on it and you do a test buy as suggested by @Seller_Fnfv2UKRup5rK, then when doing the Report the seller make sure to state seller (your are reporting) sent product materially different with different or missing UPC code.

Thanks to both of you! This is helpful!

You mean you listed with a GTIN exemption? Mistake. The UPC would have given you at least some protection, at a low cost. From now on, buy UPC codes from GS1 when you create a listing next time, since you use YOUR brand in the title.
As @Seller_Fnfv2UKRup5rK said, do a test buy and complain. Describe the differences between the product you received and the listing description. (First of all of course the product label)
