My listings have been shut down for a Month while I wait for a Seller Support Response!

I sell Jewelry and a few months ago had 89 of my listings flagged for "Children's Jewelry Compliance". None of the jewelry we sell is intended for children, but because we were using the word "girls" in our title, the listings were flagged.

I was able to change the title on majority of the listings, and appealed the request and most of the compliance requests were removed. However we had 15 or so listings that would not change the title. I tried for a very long time, deleting and re-adding the listings to try and change the titles but no luck.

It went on for so long that Amazon de-activated my listings and none of the title changes will go through now.

I opened a case with seller support who said they were going to escalate it to an internal team. I am going on 1 month since that day, and all I have gotten in response is a weekly message saying the "Responsible team is investigating the issue still."

This is beyond out of hand, I am not going to pay to have my adult jewelry checked by a lab for childrens jewelry compliance as the items are not meant for children, nor can I get a response on what is actually happening.

Just let me fix the titles and remove the compliance requests! This shouldn't be a month long issue that I have to deal with every single day.

If anyone has any thoughts, they would be appreciated.

I am trying to post a list of the ASINs but it is telling me the list contains inappropriate language even though I assure you it isn't.

No worries on not being able to post them. I do see this case was associated to about 13 ASIN. I also see that this is still pending with the appropriate teams. I also see an excel document with correct and incorrect titles and requesting an update. So I can attempt to assist further, I would ask that you attempt to use an inventory file to push the updates on your end and provide the related batch ID if it is still unsuccessful.
