Brand Registry issue - already enrolled error message
I am trying to enroll my brand but it keeps saying that the brand I have entered is already registered in Amazon Brand Registry. I have checked and there are no existing brand applications and I am unable to open a case log.
The error message shown is: Brand is already enrolled. The brand you have entered is already registered in Amazon Brand Registry. Your request to be added to the brand is pending review by the Brand’s administrator.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

My name is Dougal from the Community Engagement Team. I would be happy to help you with your Brand Registry enrollment question. First, do you have a case ID for your application that I can reference and look up? If so, please provide it here and I can take a look. In my initial search I do see that you currently have a Selling Role in Brand Registry for a brand that was registered in brand Registry in early 2022.
You do not have to post the Brand Name, I would be able to pull it from the case ID you provide (assuming you have one).
As soon as I have a case ID I can start digging in.
