Neutral feedback and false claim
Buyer left a neutral feedback and claimed she sent a message to me before, message never received by Amazon or me. I package all my items the same way but buyer says DVD was loose. None of my many buyers have ever complained about the packaging at all. Amazon says it cannot remove the feedback. Buyer even said to consider myself lucky that a neutral feedback was very generous. When buyer lies about messaging there is room for more lies. I opened up a case but I'm almost sure Amazon won't reconsider removal, even when buyer makes Amazon and me look bad. Her message is not even recorded by Amazon. Her only message is sthe one sent to me today after I tried to appeal to her. Can any of you help?
